Front Desk Receptionist

House of Transformation Gym

House of Transformation Gym is looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills who can create a welcoming experience for our members and visitors while managing daily front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome members, guests, and visitors with a positive and skilled attitude.
- Handle member inquiries regarding gym memberships, packages, pricing, and facilities.
- Manage membership registrations, renewals, payments, and related documentation.
- Answer phone calls, respond to WhatsApp messages, and handle inquiries professionally.
- Schedule appointments, personal training sessions, and gym tours.
- Maintain accurate member records and update membership information.
- Coordinate with trainers, management, and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with membership sales, follow-ups, and new member onboarding.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Address member concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable,



and customer-focused personality.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office or Excel.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle a busy front desk.
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, sales, or the fitness industry is an advantage.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
