About the Role
Bright Venture Consultancy is looking for motivated and result-oriented Freelance Recruitment Consultants who can independently manage candidate sourcing, screening, client acquisition, and successful hiring processes.
This is an incentive-based opportunity, where your earnings are directly linked to successful hiring and placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify suitable candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Understand job requirements and match candidates with suitable opportunities.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial discussions.
- Coordinate between candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Identify and acquire new clients and recruitment requirements.
- Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure smooth hiring closure.
- Maintain professional communication and recruitment records.
- Work independently and achieve hiring targets.

Payout
Incentive Based – Successful Hiring
There is no fixed monthly salary for this freelance position. Incentives are paid for successful hiring/placements as per the applicable recruitment terms.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
