Freelance Interviewers – Manual Testing & Playwright Automation

We are looking for experienced

QA professionals to join us as

Freelance Technical Interviewers for two separate roles:

- Manual Testing Interviewer

- Playwright Automation Interviewer

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct technical interviews and evaluate candidates based on project requirements and their practical QA knowledge and experience.

- Assess candidates on testing concepts, real-world scenarios, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Provide structured feedback and recommendations after each interview.

Requirements

- 8+ years of relevant QA experience.

- Solid expertise in Manual Testing or Playwright Automation, depending on the role.

- Mobile Testing experience is mandatory.

- Prior experience conducting technical interviews or candidate evaluations.

- Strong communication and assessment skills.

- Flexible availability to support interviews as and when required.

- Paid engagement
