Job Overview

We are looking for motivated and self-driven Freelance Insurance Sales Agents to join our team in Jammu & Kashmir. This is a 100% remote opportunity , allowing you to work from home and manage your own working schedule.

The selected candidates will be responsible for identifying potential customers, explaining suitable insurance products, assisting customers through the application process, and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify potential insurance customers.
- Contact prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customers' insurance requirements and explain suitable products.
- Explain policy benefits, features, terms, and applicable conditions clearly.
- Assist customers with the insurance application and documentation process.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Follow all applicable company and regulatory guidelines while selling insurance products.

Eligibility




- Candidates residing in Jammu & Kashmir are preferred.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass ; graduates are preferred.
- Freshers, freelancers, homemakers, retired professionals, and experienced sales professionals can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, email, and internet.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Previous insurance or sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
