We are looking for a Freelance HR Analytics Trainer to deliver industry-oriented training sessions for college students in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach HR analytics fundamentals and data-driven HR practices.
- Cover recruitment metrics, employee performance metrics, attrition analysis, and HR reporting.
- Provide practical exercises using Excel and relevant analytics tools.
- Guide students through HR data analysis and case studies.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of HR analytics, HR metrics, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel and relevant reporting tools preferred.
- Prior teaching or corporate training experience preferred.
- Ability to deliver practical, onsite sessions in Bangalore.
