Role Description

Position: Business Development Executive – Franchise Sales

Company: Krimmy Thickshakes

Location: Remote (work from home, anywhere in India)

Compensation: ₹10,000–₹30,000/month, negotiable based on experience — finalised at interview

About the role

Krimmy Thickshakes is expanding its franchise network across India. We're hiring a Business Development Executive to identify, pitch, and close franchise partnerships with prospective investors.

Key responsibilities





Generate and qualify franchise leads across target cities

Pitch the Krimmy franchise prospect to prospective investors and partners

Manage the full sales pipeline — follow-ups, negotiations, and closures

Travel for a day when required to help verify and confirm shortlisted franchise locations (travel expenses reimbursed by the company)

Maintain accurate lead and pipeline records, and report progress regularly to the founder/team

Who we're looking for

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Prior experience in sales, franchise development, or business development is a plus (not mandatory)

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup

Comfortable with occasional short-notice travel
