About AMSA

AMSA is an emerging purpose-led platform being built around:

Yoga Sādhana Indian Wisdom Spiritual Learning Conscious Living

Our vision is to create a meaningful ecosystem that brings timeless Indian wisdom into contemporary life through yoga, meditation, chanting, spiritual learning, retreats, community initiatives and conscious-living programmes.

We are currently in the early stages of building AMSA and are looking to connect with a like-minded Founding Partner / Co-Founder who resonates with the vision and can bring complementary strengths in business, operations, strategy and growth.

Nature of the Opportunity

This is not a conventional salaried employee position at present.

We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in exploring a long-term Founding Partner / Co-Founder relationship and contributing to AMSA from an early stage.

The exact role, level of involvement, responsibilities, future compensation model and any potential ownership/partnership structure will be discussed transparently based on mutual alignment, contribution and the organisational structure being developed.

What You Could Help Build

Depending on your strengths and experience, your involvement may include:

- Operations and day-to-day execution
- Business and growth strategy
- Building systems and organisational processes
- Partnerships and collaborations
- Community development
- Finance, budgeting and compliance coordination
- Digital growth and brand development
- Marketing and outreach
- Supporting the development of yoga, meditation and spiritual-learning programmes
- Planning future retreats,



workshops and community initiatives
- Developing sustainable revenue models aligned with AMSA's purpose
- Building teams and partnerships as AMSA expands

Language Requirement — Mandatory The candidate should be comfortable communicating in all three languages:

Tamil English Hindi

Ideally

- Tamil: Strong conversational fluency
- English: Strong professional and written communication
- Hindi: Good conversational fluency

The ability to communicate confidently in Tamil, English and Hindi is required, as the role may involve interaction with communities, participants, collaborators, partners and other stakeholders across different regions.

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following areas would be valuable:





Operations Entrepreneurship Business Strategy Business Development Partnerships Marketing Digital Growth Finance Community Building Start-ups Wellness

Experience in Yoga, wellness or spirituality is helpful but not mandatory.

Genuine alignment with AMSA's vision and the ability to contribute meaningfully are more key.

Mumbai / Hybrid / Remote discussions possible The nature of involvement can be discussed depending on the individual, although we are looking for someone capable of maintaining meaningful and consistent involvement over the long term.
