About the Role

- We are looking for a Technical Founder Associate who will work closely with the Founder & CEO and senior leadership across technology, product, engineering, research, business development and strategic initiatives.
- This is a high-responsibility, high-ownership role for someone who is technically strong, highly proactive and comfortable working on multiple problems at the same time.
- The candidate should be able to understand technology at an engineering level, communicate with technical teams, conduct research, prepare technical documentation and presentations, participate in customer discussions, track execution and help the Founder convert ideas into actionable outcomes.
- This is not a conventional administrative or personal-assistant role.
- You will work closely with the Founder on technology, product, research, business and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical & Product Support

- Understand AaizelTech's products, architecture, technology stack and use cases.
- Work closely with AI/ML, cybersecurity, software, product and research teams.
- Understand technical requirements and convert discussions into actionable tasks.
- Support product development, feature planning and technical documentation.
- Review product workflows, technical documents, presentations and demonstrations.
- Track technical deliverables and follow up with engineering teams.
- Assist in identifying technical dependencies, risks and bottlenecks.

1. Founder’s Technical Office

- Work directly with the Founder & CEO on technology and business priorities.
- Attend internal and external meetings with the Founder when required.
- Prepare meeting briefs, technical notes, presentations, MoMs and action trackers.
- Convert discussions and ideas into structured action plans.
- Follow up with relevant teams and ensure closure of assigned actions.
- Conduct research and provide concise technical inputs before important meetings.
- Maintain visibility of ongoing strategic and technical initiatives.

1. Research & Technology Intelligence





- Conduct research on emerging technologies, products, competitors and industry developments.
- Research areas such as:
- Artificial Intelligence & Generative AI
- LLMs and AI Agents
- Cybersecurity
- EASM / Attack Surface Management
- Threat Intelligence
- Cloud & Infrastructure Security
- Computer Vision
- Data Engineering
- Geospatial Intelligence
- Weather / Climate Intelligence
- Defence Technology
- Prepare technology comparison reports and research briefs.
- Identify technologies, tools and frameworks that could be relevant to AaizelTech products.

1. Customer & Business Development Support

- Participate in technical discussions with customers, government organisations, enterprises and partners.
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- Support preparation of:
- Technical proposals
- RFP/RFI responses
- Presentations
- Product demos
- Technical notes
- Capability documents
- POCs
- Coordinate between customers, Founder, product and engineering teams.
- Support technical pre-sales and solution discussions.

1. Product Demonstrations

- Understand AaizelTech products deeply enough to conduct or support product demonstrations.
- Prepare demo environments, workflows and use-case scenarios.
- Explain technical capabilities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Document customer questions, requirements and feedback.
- Coordinate with engineering teams for demo-specific requirements.

1. Execution & Project Tracking

- Maintain trackers for strategic technology initiatives.
- Monitor deadlines, dependencies and deliverables.
- Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure timely execution.
- Escalate delays and technical blockers to leadership.
- Prepare regular status updates for the Founder.

Qualifications

- B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech / MCA or equivalent technical qualification.
- Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/ML, Cybersecurity or related background preferred.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong freshers with exceptional technical ability may also be considered.
