TRIBE is a student-led professional organisation that operates at the intersection of consulting, entrepreneurship, industry exposure, and student leadership. We work with students on live projects, build institutional partnerships, engage with founders and professionals, and create opportunities that extend beyond the classroom.

As TRIBE expands its operations, we are opening applications for the TRIBE Founders Office.

The Founders Office will work closely with the founding team across strategy, research, partnerships, execution, operations, and special projects. This is a selective role for individuals who are comfortable taking ownership, working with limited supervision, and turning ideas into execution.

This is not a routine internship or administrative position. Members of the Founders Office will be expected to work directly on priorities that contribute to TRIBE's growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Projects

Support the founding team in developing and executing strategic initiatives across TRIBE.

Research & Intelligence

Conduct research on industries, companies, colleges, student ecosystems, potential partners, and emerging opportunities.

Partnerships & Outreach

Assist in identifying and engaging potential corporate, institutional, founder, and ecosystem partners.

Execution

Convert ideas and discussions into structured action plans, timelines, outreach, and deliverables.

Founder Support

Assist the founding team with presentations, proposals, research briefs, meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-ups.

Special Projects





Take ownership of time-sensitive projects that may arise across TRIBE's different verticals.

Campus & Ecosystem Building

Work with campus leaders and student teams to strengthen TRIBE's presence across institutions.

Who Should Apply?

We are looking for individuals who:

Take initiative without being asked.

Can independently research and solve problems.

Communicate clearly and professionally.

Are comfortable working in ambiguous situations.

Can manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Have an interest in business, consulting, entrepreneurship, finance, strategy, marketing, operations, or partnerships.

Have previously demonstrated ownership through a club, society, internship, project, venture, event, community, or independent initiative.

Prior corporate experience is not required.

We are more interested in what you have built, solved, initiated, or taken ownership of than the number of certificates on your CV.

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹3,000.00 per month
