Floor Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Drive the team to meet monthly sales targets, including studded (diamond) jewellery, with 20% growth over last year
- Improve making-charge realisation and the share of high-value categories
- Drive enrolment in Tanishq gold savings schemes (Golden Harvest)
- Keep the store at high standards: Mystery Audit above 85%, Visual Merchandising audit above 90%, customer NPS above 90%
- Improve ticket size, units per transaction and gold-exchange upselling, and keep exchange sales above 35% of the mix
- Keep refunds below 10%, convert more than 40% of online leads, and grow Endless Aisle (catalogue) sales
- Build team capability, with training scores above 85%

What We're Looking For

- Graduate, with 6–10 years in retail, including at least 3 years leading a sales floor (jewellery or luxury retail preferred)
- Proven record of meeting targets and leading teams
- Strong customer-handling skills and working knowledge of store KPIs and MIS
- Valuable communication in Hindi and English

- Meet your own and your team's sales targets for overall and studded jewellery, with 20% growth over last year
- Drive gold savings scheme enrolments, with more than 35% of enrolled customers converting to purchases
- Grow customer loyalty by celebrating customers' birthdays, anniversaries and milestones, and convert 7% of that customer base every month
- Keep store hygiene high: Mystery Audit above 85%, VM above 90%, NPS above 90%
- Improve ticket size, grammage per bill, sales of pieces under ₹1 lakh, and gold-exchange upselling
- Keep refunds below 10% and convert more than 40% of online leads within the required turnaround time

What We're Looking For

- Graduate, with 4–7 years of retail sales experience, including 1–2 years leading a team (jewellery retail preferred)
- A strong personal sales record and the ability to coach a team
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Good communication in Hindi and English
