About the Role AGHO IT SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. is looking for a skilled and motivated App / Flutter Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart and be capable of developing, maintaining, testing, and deploying high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS.

You will work closely with our UI/UX designers, backend developers, and project managers to build scalable and user-friendly mobile applications for various business and client projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance Android/iOS applications.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services into mobile applications.
- Work with backend developers to integrate APIs, databases, authentication, and other services.
- Implement UI designs accurately using Flutter widgets.
- Debug, test, and resolve application issues and performance problems.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-structured code.
- Implement application features according to project requirements.
- Work with Firebase services such as Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, and Crash Reporting.
- Integrate payment gateways, maps, notifications, social login, and other third-party SDKs when required.




- Participate in application testing and deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow development standards.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Flutter and Dart.
- Good understanding of Android and iOS application development.
- Experience working with REST APIs and JSON.
- Good knowledge of Firebase.
- Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab.
- Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and responsive layouts.
- Good knowledge of debugging and application performance optimization.
- Ability to work with third-party APIs and SDKs.
- Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).

Preferred Skills

- Experience publishing applications on Google Play Store / Apple App Store.
- Experience with payment gateway integration.
- Experience with Google Maps / location services.
- Experience with push notifications and Firebase Cloud Messaging.
- Experience working with healthcare, e-commerce, ERP, CRM, or other business applications.
- Basic understanding of backend technologies such as PHP/Laravel/MySQL will be an advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering,



or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates with strong practical development skills may also be considered based on experience and portfolio.

Experience 1–3 years of professional experience in Flutter/mobile application development.

Freshers with strong Flutter projects, GitHub repositories, or a demonstrable application portfolio may also be considered.
