Position Title: Floor Manager / Floor Coordinator

Location: Ozone Multispeciality Hospital, Vasai

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience)

Experience Required: 3 to 5 years (Hospital experience preferred)

Qualification

- Graduate in any field
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM / Hospital Administration preferred
- Valuable communication skills (Hindi, English, Marathi preferred)

Job Summary: The Floor Manager / Coordinator is responsible for supervising daily operations on assigned floors, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, maintaining patient care standards, ensuring adherence to hospital protocols, and improving patient satisfaction through structured feedback and review management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Floor Operations Management

- Oversee daily functioning of wards, ICU, and patient areas
- Ensure smooth patient flow and bed management
- Monitor and coordinate admission and discharge processes

1. Patient Care Coordination

- Act as a link between doctors, nurses, and patient relatives
- Ensure timely delivery of patient care services
- Handle patient/relative concerns and resolve issues promptly

1. Department Coordination

- Coordinate effectively with:
- Dialysis Unit
- TPA / Insurance Department
- Canteen Services
- Pharmacy, Lab, Housekeeping, Maintenance
- Ensure no delays in patient services

1. Admission & Discharge Oversight

- Ensure smooth and timely admission process
- Monitor discharge planning to avoid delays
- Coordinate with billing and TPA team
- Guide patients/relatives during discharge

1. Staff Supervision

- Supervise nursing, ward staff, and housekeeping
- Ensure discipline,



attendance, and duty allocation
- Coordinate staffing issues with HR/Admin

1. Emergency Handling

- Respond promptly to emergencies on the floor
- Coordinate with ICU, OT, and emergency teams
- Ensure immediate action in critical situations

1. Protocol & Compliance

- Ensure strict adherence to hospital protocols and policies
- Monitor infection control and hygiene standards
- Conduct regular rounds and audits

1. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain daily floor reports
- Track bed occupancy and patient movement
- Document incidents, complaints, and resolutions

1. Patient Feedback & Experience Management

- Ensure feedback is collected from every patient (especially at discharge)
- Take regular patient reviews regarding hospital services and care
- Address complaints and escalate issues appropriately
- Maintain proper records of feedback and corrective actions
- Encourage satisfied patients to provide positive reviews
- Coordinate for written/video testimonials as per hospital policy
- Contribute to improving patient satisfaction and hospital reputation
