Key Purpose of the Role:

BiofuelCircle aims to establish a Billion Dollar annual transaction volume on its digital platform by 2028. To get there, it needs to have >10,000 business subscribers and a reach to >1 million farmers.

The company has a unique business model that combines digital platform-based business with physical supply ecosystem. The Supply Operations function is a key element of the company’s model, and broadly includes:

1. Aggregation Depots
2. Warehouse Network
3. Managed Biofuel Plants

The company intends to have upward of 500 Depots, 100 warehouses and 400 small biofuel manufacturing plants under its management.

Key Tasks Involved :

Asset & Machine Utilization for Production:

- Ensure Production asset per Bio-mass Bank availability including Spare Parts & Consumables available as per Seasonal Plan
- Co-ordinate with Logistic department to ensure movement of Machines between Banks/Yards/ Circle/Region.




- Co-ordinate with Insurance Claim department to ensure claim for the Region are regularized & monitor settlement of claims.
- Co-ordinate with OEM/HQ to ensure deliveries of Spare Parts & Consumables.
- Fleet Management asset like Tools, Mobile Van & Workshop record up-keeping in Platform.
- All operations to be executed as per Platform Process & SOP
- Responsible Team Member for Assets sweating in order to reach optimal utilization of all assets during their life cycle
