Papparoti | HiLITE Business Park, Calicut

We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and experienced Floor Manager to join our team for the upcoming Papparoti outlet at HiLITE Business Park, Calicut.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day floor operations
- Supervise and coordinate service staff
- Ensure smooth and efficient customer service
- Maintain Papparoti’s service, hygiene & brand standards
- Monitor table service, order accuracy & customer experience
- Handle customer queries and feedback professionally
- Coordinate between FOH and kitchen teams
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming & discipline
- Assist with staff training and on-the-job coaching
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations
- Ensure smooth opening & closing procedures

Candidate Profile

- 2–4 years’ experience in QSR / Café / Restaurant / Bakery / F&B;




- Previous experience in a supervisory or team-lead role preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Customer-focused and well organized
- Good knowledge of restaurant floor operations
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Versatile to work weekends & holidays when required
