Who are we?

Aseiro Industries builds automation machines and AI vision inspection systems for manufacturers. We combine a young engineering team with the experience of Vinayak Automation Products, in industrial automation and instrumentation since 2007. We are VEICHI's authorised dealer and system integrator in India and Nidec's authorised system integrator for Telangana. Every project is a different machine, so no two weeks in the workshop are the same.

Responsibilities

- Assemble machine frames, mechanisms, fixtures and pneumatics from drawings.
- Wire control panels and machines: power, PLC, sensors, motors and drives, following the schematics.
- Cut, drill, tap, grind and weld when a part needs to be made or reworked.
- Mount and align cameras, lights,



motors and conveyors.
- Receive parts from vendors and check them against the drawings.
- Check every connection and fastener before a machine is powered up.
- Help the engineer test each machine and find and fix faults.
- Travel to customer sites to install machines.
- Keep the workshop, tools and parts organised.

We're looking for someone who:

- Has an ITI or Diploma in Fitter, Electrician, Welder, Mechanical, EEE or Mechatronics.
- Can read mechanical drawings and basic wiring diagrams, or is keen to learn.
- Is handy with tools: drill, grinder, cutter, crimping tool, multimeter.
- Does neat, careful work and follows safety rules.
- Is reliable and on time.
- Is happy to travel to customer sites.
- Bonus: arc or MIG welding, control panel wiring experience, a two-wheeler with licence.

This is a team role. An engineer gives you the drawings and schematics and works with you on every build, so you won't be left to figure things out alone. You'll learn PLCs, sensors, servos and machine vision on the job, with room to grow into site installation and commissioning.
