About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and engaging FinTech & Artificial Intelligence Trainer for a one-month training program in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune .

The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented training covering FinTech, Banking & Financial Services, Digital Finance, Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI .

The ideal candidate should be able to explain technical and financial concepts in a simple manner and connect them with real-world applications in the BFSI and FinTech industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom-based training on FinTech and Artificial Intelligence .
- Explain the fundamentals of:
- FinTech and Digital Finance
- Digital Banking
- Digital Payments and UPI
- Digital Lending
- Banking and Financial Services
- Credit and Risk Management
- Financial Technology Applications
- AI in Banking and Financial Services
- Introduce learners to Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) .
- Conduct practical demonstrations using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot or similar platforms .
- Train learners on Prompt Engineering and practical applications of Generative AI .
- Demonstrate applications of AI in:
- Customer service
- Fraud detection
- Credit assessment
- Risk management
- Financial analysis




- Process automation
- Financial research
- Conduct practical exercises, assignments, quizzes and assessments.
- Develop or adapt training presentations, activities and case studies.
- Provide learners with practical, industry-oriented examples and projects.
- Mentor learners and clarify their academic and technical queries.
- Maintain attendance, assessment and training-related documentation.
- Coordinate with the project team regarding training progress and learner performance.

Required SkillsFinTech / BFSI
- Good understanding of Banking and Financial Services.
- Knowledge of the FinTech ecosystem.
- Understanding of digital payments, digital banking and digital lending.
- Knowledge of financial products, credit and risk management.
- Understanding of how technology is transforming the BFSI sector.

Artificial Intelligence
- Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.
- Practical knowledge of Generative AI and LLMs .
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering .
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or Microsoft Copilot.
- Ability to explain practical applications of AI in finance.

Data & Digital Skills




- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets .
- Basic understanding of data analysis is preferred.
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, Power BI or other analytics tools will be an advantage.

Eligibility
- MBA / PGDM in Finance, FinTech, Banking or related field; or
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, AI, Data Science or related discipline.
- Relevant qualified certifications in FinTech, BFSI, AI or Data Analytics will be an advantage.

Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant industry or training experience preferred.
- Experience in FinTech, BFSI, Banking, Financial Services, AI, Data Analytics or Corporate Training will be preferred.
- Prior classroom training experience is an advantage.

Candidate Requirements
- Must be available for the complete 1-month assignment.
- Must be comfortable conducting on-site classroom training in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune .
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners.
- Practical and interactive approach to training.
- Immediate / short-notice availability preferred.
