Coinshell is looking for a Financial Research & Content Intern who can combine research + finance + business understanding + communication + content creation.

About Coinshell

Coinshell works with startups, MSMEs, founders and growing businesses across their incorporation, taxation, compliance, accounting, Virtual CFO, financial reporting, fundraising support and strategic requirements.

Over the last 5 years, we have worked with 5,000+ startups and MSMEs, giving us exposure to businesses across multiple industries, stages and business models.

We are now looking for someone who wants to build deeper expertise around:

- Finance & financial statements
- Indian & global economy
- Startups & venture capital
- MSMEs & businesses
- Government policies & regulations
- Capital markets & corporate developments
- Taxation & compliance developments
- Business models and industry research

What will you actually work on?

This will not be a copy-paste content-writing internship.

You may work on

→ Researching companies, industries and emerging business trends

→ Reading annual reports, financial statements, investor presentations and policy documents

→ Writing financial/business blogs and research reports

→ Breaking complicated financial or policy developments into simple content

→ Researching data for LinkedIn and X/Twitter posts

→ Developing research-backed content ideas

→ Creating scripts and concepts for short-form videos/reels

→ Tracking engaging startup, economic and corporate developments





→ Using AI tools intelligently for research, analysis, writing, data extraction and content creation

→ Gradually learning how businesses actually operate beyond what textbooks teach

Who are we looking for?

Someone who

- Has a genuine interest in finance, economy, startups and business
- Enjoys reading and researching instead of relying entirely on summaries
- Can write clearly and communicate ideas intelligently
- Is comfortable speaking English and Hindi fluently
- Understands LinkedIn, X/Twitter and short-form video content
- Knows how to use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other research/content tools or is enthusiastic about learning them
- Can distinguish between research-backed information and internet noise
- Is curious, self-driven and willing to learn

Your degree matters less to us than your curiosity, communication ability and quality of thinking.

Students from Finance, Economics, Commerce, Management, Journalism, Engineering, Law or similar backgrounds may fit well but the opportunity is not restricted to any particular academic stream.

If you already write or post about:

Finance | Economy | Startups | Business | Markets | Public Policy on LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Substack or any other platform, please mention the links prominently in your CV/application.

We would genuinely like to see how you think,



not just where you studied.

Internship Details

? Mode: Work From Home

? Initial Duration: 6 Months

? Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000/month depending upon skills and quality of work

? Additional: Performance/milestone-based rewards

Strong performers may be offered an extended association with Coinshell.

Candidates demonstrating consistently strong performance over a longer engagement may also receive:

→ Recommendations to companies/startups within the Coinshell portfolio and network for suitable full-time opportunities

OR

→ An opportunity to continue working with Coinshell, depending upon mutual fit and available roles.
