Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Financial Advisor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding clients’ financial goals, providing suitable financial product information, maintaining client relationships, and supporting business growth while following applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand clients’ financial goals, risk profile, and investment requirements.
- Explain financial products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, Investments, and other financial solutions.
- Assist clients with account opening, documentation, KYC, and transaction-related processes.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Generate leads through calls, meetings, references, and networking.
- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into clients.
- Provide regular service and support to existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client requirements.
- Keep updated with market developments, financial products, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.




- Follow company policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Requirements
- Graduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in financial services, banking, insurance, mutual funds, or sales preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of financial markets and investment products.
- Strong relationship-building and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Knowledge of MS Office and basic CRM tools is an advantage.
