? We're Hiring: Finance & Operations Executive at Vizup!

? Full-time | Experience: 4–10 years

At Vizup, we're building AI-first products that solve real business problems through automation and technology. As we grow, we're looking for a Finance & Operations Executive to help build and manage the financial and operational backbone of our company.

You'll work directly with the founders, take ownership of critical business functions and help establish productive, scalable processes from the ground up.

What You'll Own

▪ Invoicing, collections, bookkeeping and financial reporting

▪ GST, TDS, ROC and statutory compliance coordination

▪ Payroll, reimbursements, vendor payments and cash flow tracking

▪ Contracts, NDAs, subscriptions and day-to-day business operations

▪ Employee onboarding and people operations

▪ Process improvement through automation and AI tools

Who We're Looking For

▪ 4–10 years of experience in finance, accounting or operations

▪ Strong understanding of bookkeeping, payroll and statutory compliance





▪ Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Zoho Books, Tally or QuickBooks

▪ Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

▪ Ability to independently manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines

▪ Comfortable working directly with founders in a fast-moving startup

Experience in startups, SaaS, HR operations or workflow automation is a plus.
