Responsibilities

- Manage FP&A;, budgets, forecasts, and MIS reporting.

- Handle accounting, bookkeeping, and monthly financial closing.

- Manage GST, TDS, tax, ROC filings, and audits.

- Manage creator payouts, collections, and multi-currency payments.

- Prepare financial models, investor reports, and fundraising documents.

- Improve financial controls, approvals, and vendor processes.

- Track campaign profitability, margins, and revenue.

- Manage banking, credit, cash flow, and cost optimization.

Requirements

- Experience in startups or high-growth companies.

- Solid knowledge of Indian accounting, GST, taxes, and FEMA/RBI regulations.

- Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, Excel, or Google Sheets.

- Experience with financial models, MIS, and investor/board reporting.

- SaaS, marketplace, or creator economy experience is a plus.

- Strong communication and financial presentation skills.

- High ownership and problem-solving skills.
