We are hiring a Finance Manager at BIZOTICO

BIZOTICO is one of India's growing watch distribution companies — home to Lee Cooper, DKNY, Karl Lagerfeld, Earnshaw, and more international brands. We sell through retail, marketplaces (Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra), D2C, and modern trade channels.

We are hiring a Finance Manager to take ownership of our finance function as we scale to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

Monthly close, P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow ownership

Brand-wise and channel-wise unit economics (marketplace, retail, D2C, modern trade)

Rolling cash flow forecast and working capital management

Statutory compliance and audit interface (GST, TDS, IDPMS, statutory audit)

Team leadership — direct management of 5 finance professionals (AR, AP, Banking, Billing/MIS)

Direct partnership with the Founder and part-time CFO

Marketplace reconciliation, brand P&L;, and credit policy governance

Requirements

8-14 years in finance, with a minimum of 3 years as Finance Manager or equivalent

CA, CA-Inter, CMA, or MBA Finance from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute

Background in retail, distribution, consumer goods, apparel,



or lifestyle brands

Demonstrated hands-on execution: personally led monthly close, filed GST returns, managed vendor negotiations, and dealt directly with bankers

Experience with ERP systems (Ginesys / SAP / Oracle / Tally Prime)

Robust Excel, MIS design, and financial modelling skills
