We’re Hiring: Finance Lead – Founder’s Office

Wilmarcs Motion Pictures is looking for someone who can run finance with a founder’s mindset.

This is not a conventional accounting role, and we’re not looking for someone who simply waits for financial tasks to be assigned.

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, understands the business behind the numbers, anticipates what needs to happen next and makes sure the entire financial flow keeps moving.

If money touches it, you should know about it and own the process.

You will take responsibility across:

- Costing and quotations
- Invoicing and billing
- Receivables and collection follow-ups
- Vendor payments and payables
- Employee expenses and reimbursements
- Production advances and settlements
- GST and TDS coordination
- Accounting and reconciliations
- Financial documentation
- Project-wise costing and profitability
- MIS and management reporting
- Budgeting and expense control
- Cash-flow planning and forecasting
- Monthly revenue and collection pipeline
- 30/60/90-day financial visibility
- Coordination with CA and external professionals For every project, you should understand the complete financial journey:

Costing → Quotation → Approval → Invoice → Collection → Expenses → Compliance → Profitability → Closure

We want someone who thinks ahead.





If an invoice needs to go out, it should go out.

If a payment is overdue, follow it through.

If a project is exceeding budget, flag it early.

If next month could have a cash-flow problem, identify it before it becomes one.

If something doesn’t reconcile, investigate it.

If there’s a better process, build it.

You should be able to sit with the founder and clearly explain:

Where we stand today. What is coming in. What is going out. What is outstanding. What we have committed. What each project is making. What next month looks like. What the next 90 days look like.

We’re ideally looking for someone with 3–5 years of hands-on finance and accounts experience , with strong knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, accounting, reconciliations, cash flow, MIS, budgeting and project costing.

Experience with a startup, production house, creative/advertising agency, events company or project-based business would be an advantage.

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with accounting or ERP systems are expected.

A CA qualification is not mandatory.
