Finance Executive – Telecalling & Office Operations

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Finance Executive to handle telecalling, customer communication, lead follow-ups, basic financial product information, documentation, and office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls and generate leads.
- Understand customer requirements and follow up with prospects.
- Provide basic information about Loans, Insurance, and Investments.
- Maintain customer/lead records and daily reports.
- Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the team.
- Assist with documentation, data entry, and routine office work.

Requirements:

- Minimum 12th Pass; graduates preferred.
- Positive communication and basic computer skills.
- Customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Freshers are welcome; 0–2 years’ experience preferred.

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000/month + Performance Incentives Work Mode: Office-Based | Full-Time
