Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to support business growth and financial performance within the EV and Automotive business. The role will work closely with business and leadership teams to drive financial planning, performance analysis, profitability, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and financial analysis.
- Track revenue, margins, costs, profitability, and key business KPIs.
- Provide actionable insights to support business and operational decisions.
- Prepare monthly MIS, management reports, and business performance reviews.
- Analyse variances against budgets and forecasts and drive corrective actions.
- Support pricing, cost optimisation, investment decisions, and new business initiatives.
- Develop financial models and business cases for EV/automotive projects.
- Work closely with sales, operations,



procurement, supply chain, and other functions.
- Monitor working capital, cash flows, and overall financial health of the business.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Candidate Profile
- 8–15 years of experience in Business Finance / FP&A; / Commercial Finance / Finance Business Partnering.
- Experience in the Automotive, EV, Mobility, Manufacturing, or related industry preferred.
- Solid understanding of P&L;, budgeting, forecasting, costing, profitability, and financial modelling.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Advanced MS Excel and experience with ERP/financial reporting systems.
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification preferred.
