We are hiring Finance Trainee Interns for our 6-month Training + Project Internship program in Pune. Selected candidates will first undergo 3 months of structured training in Core Finance Accounting, SAP FICO and Power BI, followed by a 3-month project internship where they work on 3 industry-level projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

Training Phase (Months 1-3)

- Learn Core Finance Accounting: financial statements, AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, month-end and year-end closing, GST and TDS basics
- Learn SAP FICO modules: FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting) and CO (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing)
- Learn Power BI: data modeling, DAX basics, finance dashboards and MIS reporting
- Complete assignments, assessments and practical exercises

Internship Phase (Months 4-6)

- Work on 3 industry-level projects:
- End-to-end financial accounting process in SAP FICO
- Controlling and cost analysis project
- Finance MIS dashboard using Power BI
- Process and record business transactions in SAP
- Prepare financial reports and dashboards
- Support the team with reconciliations, documentation and reporting
- Present project work and findings to mentors





Desired Candidate Profile

- B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CMA or related degree
- Basic knowledge of accounting concepts
- Basic computer and MS Excel skills
- Valuable communication and analytical skills
- Eager to learn and build a career in SAP FICO and finance analytics
- Willing to work from the Pune location
