AGRIM – RETAIL ONBOARDING EXECUTIVE XPROPOINT RESEARCH &

- MARKETING is hiring Retail Onboarding Executives for the AGRIM Project.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Visit assigned retail shops and meet retailers.
- Explain AGRIM services, products and benefits to retailers.
- Complete retailer onboarding and registration.
- Assist retailers with AGRIM App installation and activation.
- Guide retailers on basic app usage and features.
- Support retailers in completing KYC and required verification.
- Encourage eligible retailers to complete shopping/order activities.
- Submit daily onboarding and field activity reports.
- Achieve assigned onboarding and performance targets.

ELIGIBILITY

• 12th Pass / Graduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Android smartphone is mandatory.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of mobile applications.
- Willingness to travel for field work.
- Candidates should be comfortable visiting retail shops.

AGRIM Retail Onboarding INCENTIVE OPPORTUNITY:
- Retailer KYC: ₹300 per successful eligible retailer • Shopping Incentive: ₹250 after eligible shopping completion • Order Delivery Incentive: ₹1,000 after successful eligible order delivery • Total earning opportunity: Up to ₹1,550 per eligible retailer Note: Incentives are subject to project guidelines, eligibility, successful verification and applicable conditions.
