We are looking for a responsible and proactive Field Supervisor to oversee day-to-day field activities, coordinate with field staff, monitor work progress, and ensure that assigned tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

The ideal candidate should have positive communication and team-management skills, be comfortable working in the field, and be able to prepare regular reports and provide updates to management.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily field operations and assigned activities.
- Manage and monitor field staff, contractors, vendors, and service teams.
- Allocate daily tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor work quality and progress.
- Maintain attendance, work records, site reports, and daily activity reports.
- Coordinate between the field team and office/management.
- Identify and resolve field-level issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Communicate with customers, landowners, vendors, and other stakeholders when required.
- Take photographs, collect documents, and submit field updates as required.
- Track project/site activities and report delays or issues to management.




- Perform other field-related duties assigned by the management.

Requirements
- 1 years of experience in field supervision, site supervision, operations, sales, construction, infrastructure, or a related field.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; graduation is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and coordinate a field team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Maps, WhatsApp, and mobile applications.
- Willingness to travel locally and visit multiple sites.
- Ability to prepare basic reports and maintain records.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
