Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Officer to join our Sales Team in Betul. The candidate will be responsible for developing market presence, maintaining dealer relationships, generating business opportunities, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit dealers, retailers, contractors, painters, and other channel partners regularly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer/dealer network.
- Promote and explain company products to dealers, retailers, and customers.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, orders, and payments.
- Conduct regular market visits and provide market feedback to the management.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Maintain daily visit records and submit regular sales reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and collection targets.




- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer requirements.

Requirements
- Minimum 0–3 years of experience in field sales; experience in paint, hardware, construction, building material, or related industries will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills may also apply.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM will be an advantage.
- Candidate should be self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable with field work.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
