We are hiring Field Sales Executives for our e-commerce platform.
Responsibilities
- Visit local businesses and generate new leads
- Explain our e-commerce platform, plans and services
- Meet business owners and understand their requirements
- Give product/platform demonstrations
- Follow up with interested clients
- Convert leads into customers
- Coordinate with the office team for follow-ups and onboarding
- Maintain daily visit and lead reports
Requirements
- 1–2 years of field sales experience preferred
- Positive communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with local field visits
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic smartphone knowledge
Salary: ₹10,000–₹12,000 per month Incentives: Performance-based sales incentives in addition to salary
