Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Recruiter responsible for sourcing, identifying, screening, and mobilizing candidates for various client requirements. The role involves extensive field activity, candidate engagement, local sourcing, and coordination with the recruitment team to ensure timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through field visits, referrals, local networks, job fairs, colleges, communities, and recruitment drives .
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, location, and other criteria.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and verify basic eligibility.
- Explain job roles, salary, location, working conditions, and other relevant details to candidates.
- Maintain a database of sourced and shortlisted candidates.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with the internal recruitment/client team.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Mobilize candidates for walk-in interviews, recruitment drives, and client interviews .
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local candidate communities and referral networks.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly sourcing and joining targets .
- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and daily activity reports.
- Support offer follow-up, documentation, joining formalities, and post-offer engagement.
- Travel within the assigned territory for candidate sourcing and recruitment activities.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust candidate sourcing and networking ability.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, WhatsApp, and recruitment portals.

Qualification Any Graduate / Post Graduate
