Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive with at least 6 months of sales experience. The candidate will be responsible for visiting potential customers, generating leads, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit potential and existing customers to generate business.
- Identify new sales opportunities through field visits and networking.
- Generate leads and convert them into customers.
- Explain products/services to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and prospects.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain daily records of field visits, leads, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer requirements.
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management.




- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, preferably in field sales.
- Graduate / 12th Pass candidates with relevant experience can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable with daily field visits across Delhi.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and MS Office.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence will be an advantage.
