About the job: Hands-on installation role at SOLAR CONNECT covering both rooftop solar systems and EV charging stations. Work on real projects from day one — across our Solar EPC and E-Charge 24BY7 EV division.

Your work will include: Install solar mounting structures, panels, inverters, and wiring on rooftop sites Install AC wall-box and DC rapid EV chargers at homes and commercial sites Commission systems and support KSEB net meter inspection Follow all electrical safety and PPE norms on site We are looking for: ITI (Electrician / Wireman) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering 1–4 years solar installation experience Comfortable working at heights daily Valid driving licence; able to travel across Kerala EV charger installation experience is a bonus — we train Perks: Site allowances EV charging installation training — a growing skill in Kerala Exposure to both solar and EV projects Growth to Installation Engineer → Project Supervisor
