Job Responsibilities

- Visit schools, offices, shops, hotels, and other potential client locations to promote company services.
- Generate current leads and identify potential clients.
- Explain company services and recruitment solutions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Conduct regular market visits and collect information about hiring requirements.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the recruitment and HR team regarding client requirements.
- Maintain daily visit, lead, and follow-up reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly targets.

Eligibility
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers can apply; experience in field marketing, sales,



or business development will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with travelling for client visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets is preferred.
- Must be confident, presentable, and target-oriented.
