- Visit client locations and understand their requirements.
- Source candidates through field recruitment.
- Conduct initial candidate screening.
- Coordinate interviews and joining.
- Follow up with candidates after joining.
- Visit deployed candidates and check their status.
- Handle candidate and client issues at the site.
- Coordinate with the office HR/recruitment team.
- Support replacements when candidates leave.
- Maintain daily field visit and recruitment reports.
- Ensure candidates are properly deployed at client locations.
