Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Executive to generate new customer leads, promote our products and services, and expand our customer network through effective field activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new customer leads through field visits, referrals, local networking, and promotional activities.
- Visit residential areas, offices, institutions, businesses, and other potential customer locations.
- Promote and explain vehicle models, offers, finance options, and other dealership services to prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert potential customers into showroom visits and sales opportunities.
- Conduct local market surveys and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain regular contact with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the showroom sales team and provide timely updates on field-generated leads.
- Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, campaigns, customer meets, and other promotional activities.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation and sales-support targets.
- Maintain proper records of field visits, customer interactions, and leads generated.




- Build strong relationships with customers and local businesses to increase referrals.

Requirements
- Minimum Plus Two / Diploma / Degree qualification.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.
- Knowledge of the local market will be an added advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
