Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver promptly
- Set up, clear, and reset tables efficiently
- Support banquet and event service as required
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in service areas
- Handle guest queries and complaints with courtesy and professionalism
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service

Requirements
- Prior experience in hospitality or F&B; service preferred (freshers may apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills




- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Professional grooming and a positive attitude
