What You’ll Do

- Strong fundamentals in fashion design, garment construction and fashion illustration
- Good understanding of textiles, pattern making, draping and apparel production
- Strong creative thinking with awareness of current fashion trends and industry practices
- Ability to integrate AI tools into fashion design, ideation and creative workflows




- Familiarity with AI-powered tools for image generation, mood boards, design development and content creation
- Ability to teach design concepts through practical, hands-on learning
- Ability to guide students through design projects, assignments and portfolio development
- Strong communication, presentation and classroom-management skills
- Proficiency in relevant fashion design software is an advantage
- Industry experience in fashion, apparel or costume design is preferred
- Passion for teaching, mentoring and developing student creativity
- To support workshops, academic activities and industry-oriented projects

What We’re Looking For · Strong foundation in fashion design, textiles, and garment construction

· Knowledge of fashion trends and industry practices

· Proficiency in fashion design software and digital tools

· Familiarity with AI tools for fashion ideation and visualisation

· Robust communication, teaching, and problem-solving skills

· Experience in fashion, apparel, retail, or fashion education preferred

· Willingness to travel for training support
