About the Internship

Your classroom teaches you business. This internship lets you experience it.

Hope Foundation, through its Krushi Sarthi Initiative, is inviting ambitious BBA, MBA and management students and alumni to join the Farmers Ambassadors – Internship Program 2026.

This is not a conventional internship where you simply observe an organisation or complete an academic project.

You will work on a live social-enterprise initiative focused on creating market access for 132 rural marginal farmers producing traditional Kolhapuri Jaggery.

As a Farmer Ambassador, you will use your network, communication and entrepreneurial skills to connect rural producers with urban consumers.

Earning Opportunity

Individual earning opportunity: Up to ₹50,000 during the internship period

Earnings are performance-linked and will depend on the applicable incentive structure and individual results.
