HUSK & HIDE is a sustainability-driven material innovation startup dedicated to transforming coffee husk, an agricultural by-product of coffee processing, into premium leather alternatives and eco-conscious lifestyle products. The company was established with the vision of addressing two critical global challenges: the growing accumulation of agricultural waste and the environmental impact associated with conventional leather production.

The startup combines scientific innovation, sustainable manufacturing, and circular economy principles to create environmentally responsible products while generating economic value from agricultural waste.

HUSK & HIDE™ – FACTORY MANAGER | KARNATAKA

1. Lead and establish a dedicated manufacturing operation, from pilot production to commercial readiness.
2. Manage end-to-end production.

Develop and implement SOPs, production records, QC checkpoints, traceability.
4. Lead machinery installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, utilities management.

5. Ensuring consistent product quality
6. Manage all aspects of manufacturing
7. Ideal candidate: Approximately 5 years’ manufacturing experience, ideally in agri based vegan leather production.
8. Key expectation: A hands-on manager who can troubleshoot, manage people and machinery and willing to travel.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 per month
