Role & responsibilities

Supervise daily factory operations, floor management, cleanliness and machine upkeep.

- Plan and monitor production to ensure timely completion of orders and shipments.
- Maintain daily production reports and provide regular updates/follow-up to Head Office.
- Coordinate with all departments, contractors and labour to ensure smooth production.
- Implement strict quality control at every stagecutting, printing, stitching, thread cutting, checking and packing—using approved samples as QC standards.
- Inspect incoming raw materials and maintain proper stock records, tagging and traceability.
- Monitor finished goods and maintain accurate production/QC documentation.
- Manage petty cash, labour payments and routine factory administration.
- Organise and maintain samples, tags, cartons and sample records, including uploading photographs to the cloud.




- Maintain follow-up files and submit weekly reports to Head Office.
- Conduct stock audits after shipments and ensure physical stock matches records.
- Monitor labour and contractor performance while minimising wastage and production costs.
- Conduct shipment-wise post-production reviews and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure the factory remains audit-ready with proper documentation, signage, cleanliness and processes.
- Take full responsibility and accountability for production, quality and day-to-day factory operations.

Preferred candidate profile Experienced and should be from the backgroind of jute and cotton bag industry
