– Junior Maintenance Engineer The Junior Maintenance Engineer is responsible for supporting the maintenance, troubleshooting, and upkeep of machinery and equipment used in precision manufacturing operations at Anjali T Precision Industry. The role ensures smooth plant operations by minimizing breakdowns and maintaining equipment efficiency, safety, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machines such as CNC machines, bar straightening machines, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Perform routine inspections of machines, tools, and utilities to ensure proper functioning. Support senior maintenance engineers in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and automation-related issues. Carry out basic mechanical repairs, alignment, lubrication, and part replacement. Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and spare parts usage. Ensure compliance with safety standards, 5S, and TPM practices on the shop floor. Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve machine availability. Assist in installation and commissioning of current machines and equipment. Monitor utilities such as compressors, pumps, motors, and power systems. Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance machine performance.

Additional Responsibility – Technical Support:





- Provide basic technical support for office and shop-floor IT equipment, including printers, laptops, desktop PCs, and internet/network connectivity. Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity-related issues and coordinate with external IT vendors when required.

Skills & Knowledge Required:

- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and maintenance engineering concepts. Understanding of CNC machines, industrial machinery, and precision components. Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance manuals. Hands-on skills in tools, measuring instruments, and troubleshooting. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, printers, and internet/network troubleshooting. Awareness of industrial safety practices. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Educational Qualification:

- Diploma or BE / BTech in Mechanical / Electrical / Maintenance / Mechatronics Engineering.

Experience:

- 0–2 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing or precision engineering industry. Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.
