We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to manage a premium 5-star convention hall in Semmancheri, Chennai.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Facility Manager




- Commercial Facility Management experience is mandatory
- Experience in both Technical and Soft Services is required
- C Licence holder preferred
- B.E./B.Tech – Electrical qualification required
- Good English communication skills
- Strong team handling and team coordination skills
- Good client coordination and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage day-to-day facility operations and ensure smooth service delivery
