Company Description : About Farm Shaala

Farm Shaala is a 125-acre experiential farm near Thiruttani, designed to reconnect people with farming, nature and rural experiences.

We host school visits, family experiences, corporate retreats, farm stays and educational programs. Our operations involve guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, farm facilities, activities and day-to-day coordination across the property.

We are looking for people who are comfortable working in a hands-on farm environment and want to be part of building and managing a unique experiential destination.

Location: Thiruttani, Tamil Nadu | Near Chennai

About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Facility Manager to manage the day-to-day operations, maintenance and upkeep of Farm Shaala.

The role involves team management, vendor coordination, guest support and handling maintenance issues across our farm and stay facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily facility operations and property upkeep.
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping and maintenance staff.
- Ensure rooms,



common areas and facilities are clean, functional and guest-ready.
- Coordinate electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general maintenance.
- Coordinate with technicians, vendors, electricians and plumbers.
- Handle and resolve guest and on-ground operational issues.
- Manage basic maintenance inventory, tools and supplies.
- Coordinate operations during guest stays, school visits and events.
- Prioritise issues, delegate tasks and ensure timely completion.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in facility management, hotel/resort operations, property management or a similar role.
- Positive team management and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and general maintenance.
- Experience coordinating with vendors and technicians.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Comfortable working in a large outdoor/farm environment.
- Must be hands-on, responsible and willing to work on-site.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
