Role Description The Export Manager role is a full time position based in Gurugram, structured as a hybrid role that combines on-site work with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Export

Manager will oversee end-to-end export operations, including order processing, documentation, compliance with international trade regulations, and coordination with logistics partners. This role involves developing and executing export strategies, managing relationships with international distributors and clients, and identifying new market opportunities for Pairow Group’s cosmetics and fragrance portfolios.

Manager will collaborate with sales, production,



and finance teams to ensure timely delivery, accurate pricing, and adherence to quality standards, while monitoring performance metrics and preparing regular export reports.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Export management and International Trade, including knowledge of documentation, customs procedures, and trade compliance.
- Candidates should possess skills in International Business and Business Planning, with the ability to develop market entry strategies and long-term growth plans.
- Candidates should possess skills in Sales within international markets, including account management, negotiation, and relationship building.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Experience in cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG industries, and familiarity with global regulatory requirements for cosmetic products is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification in international business is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and export-related software tools, along with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
