Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities includes:

A. International Sales & Business Development

1. Identify and target prospective clients in international markets to generate leads and drive sales.
2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and expand global market presence.
3. Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing international clients.
4. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals with high profitability.

B. Import-Export Operations
1. Manage end-to-end import-export operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics.
2. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, Incoterms, and shipping documentation standards.
3. Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure timely and smooth delivery cycles.
4. Resolve operational issues such as customs discrepancies, shipping delays, and documentation errors.

C. Market Research & Analysis
1. Research global market trends, competitor activities, and emerging international opportunities.
2.



Provide strategic insights to refine business development plans and support growth initiatives.
3. Compile and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and process efficiencies.

D. Client Communication & Support
1. Act as the key point of contact for international clients, delivering prompt and qualified support.
2. Share product information, issue quotations, and manage post-sales queries effectively.
3. Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all client interactions and communications.

E. Documentation & Compliance
1. Prepare and review critical export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
2. Ensure strict adherence to trade laws, export-import compliance requirements, and documentation standards.
3. Stay informed about updates and changes in international trade regulations, tariffs, and documentation practices.
