Job Title: Documentation Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Documentation Executive for our freight forwarding team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, verifying, and coordinating import/export shipping documents, ensuring compliance with shipping line, customs, and international trade regulations. The ideal candidate should have experience in freight forwarding documentation, shipping procedures, coordination with shipping lines, CHA, transporters, overseas agents, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Export Documentation

● Prepare or verify export shipping documents including:

o Commercial Invoice o Packing List o Bill of Lading (B/L)

o Shipping Bill o Certificate of Origin o SI/VGM filing





● Coordinate with shipping lines for booking confirmation and vessel schedules

● Prepare draft and final B/L copies

● Submit AMS/ENS/ISF filings where required

Required Skills

● Knowledge of freight forwarding and shipping documentation

● Understanding of shipping terms and Incoterms 2020

● Familiarity with import/export procedures

● Good communication and coordination skills

● Strong attention to detail

● Ability to work under pressure and shipment deadlines

● Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and logistics software

Preferred Qualifications

● Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, Shipping, or related field

● 2–4 years of experience in freight forwarding/shipping documentation
