- Export Documentation Management

- International Trade Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge

- Customs Clearance & Logistics Coordination

- INCOTERMS, Letters of Credit (LC) & Trade Finance

- ERP Systems, DGFT/ICEGATE & Documentation Tools Proficiency

- Prepare and verify all export documentation including invoices, packing lists, bills Of lading, certificates Of Origin, and Other required documents.
- Coordinate with CHA (Customs House Agents), freight forwarders, and shipping lines for shipment bookings and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with country-specific export regulations, INCOTERMS, and relevant legal requirements.
- Maintain updated knowledge of export documentation procedures and international shipping laws.
- Track shipments and maintain communication with logistics partners and customers to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise internal finance teams for submission of documents under LCs (Letters of Credit) and realization of export proceeds.
- Work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure timely order processing and dispatch.




- Maintain organized records of all export documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Implement process improvements to reduce documentation errors and enhance operational efficiency.
- Train and guide team members in export documentation standards and practices.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain, or any related field. MBA preferred.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in export documentation, preferably in the manufacturing or trading industry.
- Solid understanding of export procedures, INCOTERMS, and international trade compliance.
- Familiarity with online export documentation portals (e.g. DGFT, ICEGATE, EDI systems).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficient in MS Office, ERP, Excel systems, and export documentation tools.
