Key Responsibilities

- Investigate andresolve complex ERP application issues escalated by L1 support.
- Perform databaseanalysis and troubleshooting using SQL queries.
- Support ERPintegrations, APIs, and data synchronization processes.
- Conduct rootcause analysis (RCA) and prepare detailed incident reports.
- Coordinate withdevelopment teams for bug resolution and system enhancements.
- Participate inUAT, regression testing, and release validation activities.
- Monitorapplication performance and proactively identify potential issues.
- Provide technicalguidance to users and support teams.
- Ensure adherenceto SLA commitments and maintain accurate ticket documentation.
- Interactdirectly withcustomersto understandissues, provideupdates, and ensuretimely resolution.

Required Skills

- 25 years ofexperience in ERP application support.
- Solid SQL anddatabase troubleshooting skills.




- Experience withsystem integrations, APIs, and data validation.
- Knowledge ofincident management and problem-solving methodologies.
- Familiarity withticketing systems and support processes.
- Stronganalytical, communication, and customer-facing skills.

Preferred

- Experience withmaritime ERP,vesselmanagement, procurement, crewing, PMSor similar enterprise systems.
- Exposure to cloudplatforms and enterprise application architecture.
