ZORBA ESTATES is a Bengaluru-based real estate company working with property owners, buyers, sellers, investors, and businesses. We support property discovery, property listings, client coordination, property onboarding, sales support, and other real estate activities.

Job Overview

We are looking for an Executive Trainee to support our team in different day-to-day real estate activities. The role provides an opportunity to learn and gain practical experience in pre-sales, property onboarding, client coordination, property listings, field visits, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the team with daily real estate activities.
- Assist with pre-sales calls and understand client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, property owners, and internal teams.
- Assist in onboarding new properties.
- Collect property details, photos, and other required information.
- List properties on real estate portals and company platforms.
- Make follow-up calls and handle basic email communication.




- Follow up with clients and property owners as required.
- Assist during property visits and field activities.
- Maintain property and client information in trackers.
- Support the team with day-to-day operational tasks.
- Take up different responsibilities based on business requirements.

Requirements
- Any Degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of email, WhatsApp, and MS Office.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Good follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working in both office and field environments.
