Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end

REACH registrations and regulatory compliance across global markets.

- Handle

Chemexcil claims and MAI reimbursement processes

, including documentation and coordination.

- Ensure compliance with

IFRA, allergen requirements, sustainability questionnaires, and customer regulatory requirements

.

- Coordinate audits and certifications including

MUI Halal, Kosher, ISO, FSSC, FSSAI/FoSCoS

.

- Prepare and maintain

GHS, MSDS/SDS, hazardous product labelling

, and other regulatory documentation.

- Work closely with

Plant, Production, QA/QC, and Marketing teams to ensure compliance before product launches.

- Address customer queries related to regulatory documentation and product compliance

.

- Support regulatory audits and confidently present compliance documentation and processes.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of

REACH, GHS, OSHA,



SARA, ECHA, and CLP regulations.

- Hands-on experience with global regulatory compliance and documentation

.

- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.

- Good

MS PowerPoint skills for presentations and workflow documentation.

- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and participate in physical audits.

Preferred

- Experience with

EcoVadis, CDP, Sedex, and SBTi

.

- Experience managing

Chemexcil/MAI reimbursement processes

.

- Exposure to

ISO and food safety audits

.

- Familiarity with

CRM and online document management systems

.
